The submission of a New Abstract is now closed.

Please read carefully the following guidelines before submitting the abstract

General Guidelines:
Only abstracts submitted online through the Conference website will be accepted.
First authors must be registered in the Conference.
They must finalize their registration before the online early registration deadline June 30th 2015.

First author must select the type of presentation required: oral communication or poster, or either.
Twenty-four abstracts will be selected as oral communications (10 min + 5 min Q&A) to be allocated to Mini-Symposia sessions.
The final status will be decided by the Local Organizing Committee (LOC).

Abstract Format: help
Fill in the online abstract submission form required fields.
Abstracts must be written in English.
Title: uppercase letters.

Authors and Affiliations: ico_info
For each author, please use the format that applies:
Last name, First name
Last name, First name, Middle initial
Using the comma as a separator.

Body of the abstract must not exceed the limit of 300 words in length.
Please select a main Theme from this list in order to facilitate LOC management of the abstract reviewing.

Date and time allocation in the final programme will be made according to topics.
In order to comply with conflict of interest matters, we kindly ask you to mention the funding source that supported your study.

Abstract Evaluation:
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Local Organizing Committee.

The results of such evaluation will be online available from 15th June 2015 to the first author by accessing with the credentials used at the time of submission.
